Alumni Memory: Suzanne (Schneider) Maddox ’74

There are so many wonderful memories – door decorating at Christmas, Latin classes with Dr. Zebian, ice sculpting with my sorority and being a Junior Olympic fencing qualifier.

My most cherished UW Oshkosh memory would be the dorm life.  It was a protected time when women still enjoyed sisterhood – the serious side and the silliness.  Each fall returned you to your best friend and the best in many friends.  Dorm life developed your qualities, helped you accomplish what you wanted, and let you make contributions.  It affected my goals, my decisions, and the way I spent my time.
